COVID-19: A Czech SME offers see-through respirator for license, distribution services or commercial agency agreements

A Czech SME has developed a see-through respirator with the replaceable HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters with filtration level H13. The company is looking for a License agreement, Commercial agency agreement and / or Distribution services agreement.


The Czech SME has developed a personal protective device - a see-through respirator - with an exchangeable HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter that meets the highest degree of protection. The see-through respirator will enable healthcare and social workers to increase the comfort of interpersonal communication. The see-through respirator was awarded at the prestigious Design Award 2021 competition in the category Medical care, Rehabilitation, Social care. There are following possible cooperation types foreseen: In the case of a Licensing Agreement: The partner interested in Licensing Agreement will be provided with all documentation how to manufacture the see-through respirator including all technical drawings and information necessary to start own production based on an upfront payment and a license-fee based on sold pieces. In the case of a Distribution services agreement: The partner interested in the Distribution services agreement will be provided with manufactured masks and is expected to distribute the product on a selected territory. The company is looking for medical distributors, dealers or trading companies that supply hospitals, medical clinics, and pharmacies with medical related products and equipment. In the case of a Commercial agency agreement: The partner interested in the Commercial agency agreement will operate as agent in order to represent the product on a selected territory. Payment to the agent will be made in the form of a commission. The company is looking for medical distributors, dealers or trading companies that supply hospitals, medical clinics, and pharmacies with medical related products and equipment.
