Bulgarian SME is looking for innovative technology by partners from Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden or Turkey to optimize the manufacturing and lacquering processes of wooden furniture legs and other wooden furniture details, under commercial agreement with technical assistance.

This Bulgarian SME is specialized in the production of wooden furniture legs for chairs and beds , as well as other parts and accessories for furniture. Current technology used is already outdated , not digitalized or automated , the machine lines cause defects on wood during processing and lacquering . The company is looking for innovative technology to optimize the manufacturing and lacquering of the wooden legs and other wooden furniture details. The innovative lacquering technology should eliminate the use of solvents, thus enabling production lines to bypass the wet-process step and increase efficiency, as well as include image scripting used to produce photorealistic images of the furniture product , or similar product configuration tools. The partner should have technological expertise, and is expected to analyze the wooden materials used in the legs' production and lacquering process, to identify solutions for the problems currently existing for the producer , in terms of smoothness and evenness of wood-coating lacquering and durability, digital configuration and image scripting /produce photorealistic images of each furniture product/.
