Turkish SME offers polyurethane and metal automotive parts under manufacturing agreements

The Turkish SME is expert on design and manufacturing of automotive parts such as interior trim parts, exterior trim parts, steering wheels, etc. The company is seeking partners who are looking to source these types of parts under a manufacturing agreement or an existing parts manufacturer wanting to increase production capacity or product range.

The SME was founded on 2015 in Düzce, West Black Sea (and East Marmara) region of Turkey. The company staff has more than 25 years of experience on product design and manufacturing of polyurethane, thermoplastic and metal parts for the automotive industry. The company has 35 staff and has the capabilities of design, manufacturing and quality control of polyurethane (PU) parts for busses and other vehicles. The product range includes steering wheels, cockpits, protective covers, handles, steering locks, seats, ceiling - side wall panels, partition walls, steering covers, protective bars, headliners, arms, driver handles etc. The company is already supplier for major automotive companies such as Mercedes, BMC, MAN, Temsa, Van Hool etc. The products are widely distributed in Turkish market and also exported to Europe, North Africa, USA, Canada and Mexico. The manufacturing and processing facility has recently been increased to 2400 m2. The equipment infrastructure includes PU machinery, thermoform machinery, trim processing machinery, CNC Pipe Bending, Sheet Metal Production Equipment, Welding System, vertical CNC for millig and CAD&CAM tools. The portable coordinate measuring machine (PCMM) "Quantum arm" allows easy verification of product quality by performing 3D inspections, dimensional analysis, CAD comparison, tool certifications, reverse engineering, and more. The company is open to manufacturing agreements to become supplier of interior trim parts, exterior trim parts, steering wheels and any other related automotive parts mentioned above.
