The young, propulsive and dynamic company from Bosnia and Herzegovina, established in 2015, deals with metal processing. The company has total of 33 employees, and apart from skilled craftsmen, the company also has its own product development team made up of experienced product designers and engineers. Main technologies and machinery that the company uses are: - Two CNC laser cutters (2,5 kW; 800W), - One CNC press brake (130 tons, 3m, 4axis), - 15 welding stations (TIG, MIG/MAG) with multifunctional fixing tables/jigs, - One classic mill, - One classic lathe, - One NC grinding machine, - Powder coating line (3m length), - Various pneumatic and power tools. Examples of manufactured products are: - housings/enclosures for electronic appliances, - parts for ships/boats, - transport/automotive parts, - metal furniture and interior decoration items, - aluminium suspended façade elements, - metal fences, - etc. Besides customized parts and assemblies according to clients’ specifications, the company also manufactures own line of products – automated betting terminals that were entirely conceptualized, designed, produced and assembled in-house (metal hardware, electronics, software). In both cases, the company offers affordable and cost-effective production of flexible volumes – from one piece to mid-range series (thousands of pieces) of precise processed parts and assemblies involving sheet metal as a main material, but also steel framing elements, wires, machined parts, third party components, etc. The company can also offer customized quality control (testing) of required parts/products, and can provide complete production cycle and logistics - from production of individual parts, assembling, testing to packaging and shipment to required destination.
