A Dutch manufacturer of cosmetics and skin care products is looking for distributors and agents to expand their activities abroad

A Dutch company that develops and manufactures their own brand of cosmetics and skin care is looking for partners to expand their activities abroad. The company has two product lines, the first line is a unique gel formula to avoid and treat ingrown hairs and razor burn. The second line consists of products that enhance eyelash and eyebrow growth and look. The company offers a commercial agency agreement or a distribution service agreement.

The Dutch SME started their activities in the cosmetics industry many years ago as an importer of skin care products from the USA and Germany. In the following years they initiated their own brand of cosmetics and skin care products and developed two own products. In this way they used all the knowledge they gained about the products over the years and built a worldwide client base. Currently they have two product lines. The first line is the skin care, which is based on a unique gel, formulated to relieve the inconvencience of ingrown hairs and razor burn/bumps resulting from shaving, waxing, electrolysis and laser hair removal. Both for men and women. The second line, also called the eyelash and eyebrow product line, consists of two growth serums. All the products are developed, formulated and manufactured in the Netherlands, except for the hair/eyelash growth/serums, these products are manufactured in Germany. Test results prove the functionality of the prdoucts. The products are, by use of a mini brush, easy to apply. The products are available in over 1000 (online) drugstores in the Netherlands, therefore the company is looking for agents or distributors to expand their activities abroad. The potential partner can operate in any country, except Norway, as the SME has a cooperation with a Norwegian distributor. The potential partner should have knowledge of - and be active in - the cosmetics industry. They should have a relevant network in retail of cosmetics, via beauty salons, retail stores, own stores, etc. The company will provide all the necessary training and advise and all the marketing material in Dutch or English. The company offers a commercial agency agreement or a distribution agreement.
