The Summer School in Applied Health Econometrics and Health Policy (AHEHP) brings together economists, statisticians and students to apply econometric methods in the field of Healthcare and Health Data analysis that support decision making.
AHEHP provides fast and effective learning, the invaluable contribution of leading researchers in Health Economics from different institutions, and a unique social and interactive environment.

Dates and tasks
The Summer School will take place from 24 to 29 July 2023.
An extended format, from 24 July to 4 August, is available for participants who intend to perform a project work and discuss it in a final exam session equivalent to six credits.
Target group
AHEHP is aimed at students of Italian and foreign universities and professionals of different disciplines in the Health field with suitable Economic and Data Analysis Bases.
Specifically, AHEHP is addressed to graduate students (and third-year Bachelor’s degree students), PhD students, young researchers and professionals in the Healthcare sector.
ECTS credits (European Credit Transfer System)
Students from the University of Bergamo attending the Summer School will earn 6 ECTS counting for their Master Degrees in Economics and Data Analysis, Economics and Finance, Management Engineering, Technology and Management for Health, and their Bachelor's Degrees in Economics, and Engineering and Management for Health.
Students from other institutions will earn a certificate that the Summer School accounts for 6 ECTS.
