Dear UNITE Consortium Partners,

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the impact and reach of the UNITE project, we kindly request your support in completing an attached Excel sheet. This activity is part of Work Package 4 and contributes to our project KPI of gathering at least 1,000 contacts within the UNITE ecosystem. This valuable network will be instrumental in driving our shared objective of advancing digital health innovation across Europe.

In line with this goal, we ask each partner to populate the sheet with approximately 100 relevant contacts from your networks, including their contact details.

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), relevant EU data protection directives, and all applicable data protection laws, EIT Digital and its consortium partners, in their capacities as data controllers and data processors, are obligated to ensure that any personal data collected is subject to secure data collection, processing, and retention practices that fully comply with the highest standards of legal and regulatory requirements. Data processing will be carried out on one or more of the lawful bases set forth under the GDPR, including but not limited to the necessity for the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or a third party, or consent where applicable. In cases where joint controllership applies, all parties shall clearly delineate compliance responsibilities to safeguard and protect the rights of data subjects as enshrined in data protection legislation. Should it be necessary to engage third-party entities in the course of this project, such entities shall operate strictly within the scope of GDPR and any other applicable legal obligations. All data processing activities will be carried out exclusively for the specific, legitimate purposes of the UNITE project, including ecosystem mapping and stakeholder engagement, and in full alignment with the principles of data protection and project objectives.
