A French scale-up has developed a package of intelligent digital systems : all-in-one, modular, off-the-shelf hardware, Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) to manage in real-time and optimise solutions for public transport networks. The company is seeking technical cooperation, license agreements, commercial agreements with technical assistance with complementary companies (solutions editors, pure players in transportation systems) or end-users in the field of transport and smart mobility.
The French scale-up has displayed since 2012 transit connected systems able to check remote information such as travel titles, ridership, schedule, vehicle load factors... in real time. Traditional fare collection systems are complex, off-line and unaffordable to many area. Relying on on-demand data, the mobility cloud platform developed by the French company has brought intelligence to a growing number of commercial and school transport networks. Rich streams of data flowing from on-board equipment and passenger applications have been helping more than 150 networks to better operate their stops and fleet. Being interfaced with clients' databases, Managed Service Providers, third-party applications and public open data, the mobility cloud platform is future-ready. As a publisher and system integrator of connected systems for transport networks, the French company helps PTAs (public transport authorities) and PTOs (public transport operators) to better operate, understand and optimise their networks. The offered solutions and services provide disruptive innovation for agencies/local transit authorities, operators and passengers. The French company is looking for technical cooperation such as licence agreements, commercial agreements with technical assistance with : - private or public transport organisations : bus or train companies, public transit agencies operating fixed route, intercity and on demand-response transportation networks to use the solutions under license agreements, - other organisations having to manage transportation of passengers as for instance schools, private companies or local authorities (fixed route - intercity) willing to integrate the intelligent solutions for improving their services under commercial agreements with technical assistance. The technical assistance provided will be : adaptation to local usages, addition of new functionalities, necessary adaptations to deploy the solutions. External growth opportunities and European collaborative projects could be also studied with companies having a complementary offer, with public organisations or with integrated solutions providers.
