A Korean company specialized in producing and developing farming equipment is looking for a company that has expertise in automation so that they can develop automatic liquid feeders for pig farms together. The firm would like to have partnerships under technical cooperation agreements.

A Korean company, founded in 2012, is a company engaged in producing equipment for livestock farming. The firm is currently selling general *liquid feeders for pigs in the market at the moment, however, with cooperation with partner companies, they wish to make the feeding system automatic and systematic. The company seeks partners in order to make *automatic liquid feeding systems together, under technical cooperation agreements. *Liquid (wet) feeding: -Liquid feeding is the use of a diet that is prepared from either liquid or dry components which are thoroughly mixed with water in a dedicated mixing tank and subsequently transported to the pig. - Liquid feeds are well assimilated by animals (especially piglets) which is a prerequisite for accelerating the growth of animals, so the pigs reach slaughter weight for a shorter time. - Advantages: 1. Liquid feed can provide the pig with its essential daily energy and nutrients at a lower cost because it enables the use of industrial co-products from the human food industry that can be cheaper than conventional feed ingredients. In addition, digestibility is often improved by using the liquid feed. 2. The digestibility of feeds can be improved by the use of enzymes, which work more efficiently in liquid than in dry diets. Controlled fermentation of liquid feeds can exclude undesirable bacteria which present a risk to pig health and to the safety of pig meat for human consumption. *Automatic liquid feeders for pig farms: - It is about 20 times the size of a general liquid class and is fully systematic. - Working principle: In the kitchen room, liquid feed mixed with about 1 ton of dry feed and water is supplied to pigs sequentially through pipes using air pressure.
