Waterproof light-emitting diode (LED) lamps applicable for heavy duty industrial conditions

A Bulgarian company with more than 12 years of experience in the R&D of light-emitting diode (LED) products and technologies has developed innovative lamps intended for heavy duty applications. They can operate in harsh conditions and have integrated thermal, bypass and over-voltage protection, long lifespan and high luminosity. The company seeks commercial agreements with technical assistance with companies in the lighting sector, interested in the implementation of this product.

The Bulgarian SME has long term experience in the development of technologies and products related to electronics, electronics for special purpose, lighting devices, communication devices and related products. They have experience in successful project implementation and international collaboration. The lighting devices that are used for heavy duty and special applications have to be very reliable and with high-end properties. In nuclear power station reactors, for instance, the replacement of the underwater lamps poses a risk for the personnel and is related to increase in the operation costs. Thus, the innovative product developed addresses these need connected with high reliability and high quality properties. The specialised waterproof light-emitting diode (LED) lamps can be from 30 to 100 Watts providing luminosity from 3100 to 10 000 Lumens (white) and operating at 24 Volts. They have double emitter structure and their housing is made of massive bronze. The emitting angle is from 20 to 120 degrees. They are hermetic – IP68 class. The lamp has 12 LEDs with dimensions of 107 mm. Three variant are available: 2 sections by 6 LEDs, 3 sections by 4 LEDs or one section by 12 LEDs. The 3 section version could be used as Red, Green, Blue (RGB) LED emitter. The color range is monochrome and is available in Red, Green, Blue, White and Amber or Red, Green, Blue (RGB) for a complete range of color shades, saturated and soft. The company is looking for commercial agreements with technical assistance with companies from the lighting sector and specialised lighting devices sector for joint activities, offering know-how and expertise.
