The partnership would be based on manufacturing or subcontracting agreement. Manufacturing cooperation would lie in receiving of request for quotation including technical specification (eg. 2D and 3D drawing, material specification etc.) and expected quantities. After that the Czech company would provide feedback on manufacturability of requested product(s), the goal of this step is prevention of future inconveniences regarding product quality, product performance and lead-time needed for manufacturing and transport. In this step the product price would be negotiated. Once all technical, pricing and logistics details are agreed by both sides, the ordered products can be manufactured by Czech company and supplied to customer.
