A French producer of gluten-free culinary mixes, crackers and shortbreads is searching for distributors

A French manufacturer of organic, gluten-free flour mixes, crackers and shortbreads is willing to expand its activity abroad and is looking for new partners under distribution services agreements or manufacturing agreements.

The project idea for the French company to create gluten-free preparations emerged after discovering that the manager’s son was suffering from celiac disease. He decided to cook him gluten-free, varied and above all tasty preparations. After several years the company was born, and now makes organic and gluten-free flours (rice, buckwheat, corn, guar) mixes which are designed to bake savory cakes, sweet cakes, pancakes, pizza doughs, savory pastry crusts and sweet pastry crusts. A new range of products has arrived : crackers and shortbreads. Many flavors are available in both ranges : Sesame seed, espelette pepper and sesame seed, poppy seed and sesame seed, rosemary, Tomme cheese, goat-cheese and savory, fennel and parmesan crackers. Plain, lemon, apple, orange & chocolate, chocolatechips and chocolate shorbreads. All preparations are 100% organic, gluten-free, additives-free and lactose-free. There is no added salt nor sugar. The products are made in France and are conditioned in a localy manufactured-recyclable packaging. The products fit gluten-free diet for persons affected by the coeliac disease, gluten-intolerants and sensitive people. Goods are AFDIAG certified (French Association for Gluten Intolerants). The producer is willing to develop partnerships with professionnals and even to create new recipes. In order to increase its business, the company is looking for new partners under distribution services agreements. It is looking for retailers, bio-shops or e-businesses. It is also searching for manufacturing agreements with other professionals such as bakeries to sell its products under its own brand or with the brand of the distributor.
