An Italian training agency that provides training courses and certification services for welding personnel is looking for other training centers to cooperate under joint venture agreements and for trade intemediares

This Italian training agency, accredited by the Calabria Region to carry out continuing and tertiary education courses, seeks training agencies in other countries interested in cooperating in the provision of courses in welding, as part of joint venture agreements. The agency also seeks international commercial agents to represent their training and certification courses for welding personnel.

This Italian training agency, established in 2007, is accredited by the Region for the provision of continuing and tertiary education courses. They access the market with a wide range of training courses in different work sectors and areas: safety in the workplace, certification of personnel in metal-arc inert gas (MIG), metal-arc active gas (MAG), tungsten inert gas (TIG) shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), technical drawing with AUTOCAD, CAD-CAM programming; language training courses and translators certification; cooking courses, privacy management, courses for refrigeration technician license etc... The agency has a team with qualified instructors and has facilities for equipped lessons, teaching aids and equipment for practical exercises. Among the equipment there is the Soldamatic augmented-reality welding simulator. The agency also has several teachers speaking in foreign languages - English, French, Spanish. The courses are aimed at a target group of users aged between 17 and 50 years. In particular, the agency seeks other training centers in other countries to cooperate in the provision of welding/ mechanical courses as part of joint venture agreements. As part of this kind of cooperation the Italian partner will provide qualified personnel and the necessary equipment to provide the courses. Alternatively, in the case of collaborations with partners who want to employ their staff for the delivery of the courses, the Italian agency will be able to transfer the necessary knowledge to the staff of the training agencies with which cooperation will be started always in the context of joint venture agreements. In both cases, the partner who will collaborate with the Italian agency will provide the classrooms for the courses and will take care of promoting the courses in their territory to reach potential students interested in specializing. In addition, the agency seeks commercial intermediaries to promote courses to training agencies that wish to cooperate in the provision of training services. In this case, with commercial intermediaries they will be entered into as part of commercial agency agreements.
