Slovene company looking for producers of lawn mowers and spare parts for agricultural machinery for distribution services agreement

A Slovene trading company, specialist in sales of agricultural and garden maintenance equipment and machines, is looking for producers of spare parts for agricultural machinery and lawn mowers who would be interested to supply their products and extend their sales on the Slovene market. They are interested in signing a distribution services agreement.

Slovenian trading company was founded in 2015. They are specialized in sales of agricultural and garden machinery. The company is supplying their customers with different products for maintenance of gardens, parks and agricultural surfaces (grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws,…). The sales is organized by two own shops and internet sales all over Slovenia. They are regularly supplying several park management organizations with new machines and tools for maintenance of the parks. Based on customers’ need, they would like to upgrade their sales program with lawn mowers (also cordless self-moving electrical lawn movers) and with spare parts for agricultural machinery. Therefore, they are looking for producers of lawn mowers and of spare parts for agricultural machinery, who would be interested to supply their products to them and thus extend their sales on the Slovenian market. The company is interested in buying and selling electrical lawnmowers from other companies. They are interested in signing distribution services agreement, which does not have to be exclusive.
