A company from north-eastern Poland manufactures terrace, balcony and fence composite wood systems. Their products are convenient to install, durable and easy to maintain. The composite combines the best features of both wood and PCV. The company wants to establish cooperation based on a distribution agreement with distributors of construction materials and real-estate developers. The company is interested in cooperation with Spain, Portugal and Romania mainly.

A company from north-eastern Poland, established in 2008, developed in 2018 a new product - terrace and fence composite wood systems. Elements of the system are made with composite of wood obtained in an eco-friendly way and PCV. They combine advantages of both, wood and PCV: - durability (much more durable than wood, do not require any impregration and maintenance, resistancy against rot and decay, resistancy agains insects, fire-resistance, 25 year of guarantee); - design (5 natural colours, texture of brushed wood, no splinters, easy to configure any terrace or fence); - ecological aspect (may be recycled, contains 50% of wood flour). The European wood plastic composite market is expected to witness healthy growth of above 10%. Products may be used in construction for external architecture: terraces, fences, bowers, decorative panels and roofing. It is a complete system of composite elements such as deckings, joists, strips and profiles. This enables to design terraces, fencing or balconies in any way with the decking. The company is willing to expand to international markets and is searching for construction materials distributors and real-estate developers in European countries. The company will deliver WPC products to their partners, moreover they offer marketing, logistic and training support. The envisaged form of cooperation is a distribution services agreement.
