Slovak company specialized in production of innovative concrete building block is looking for partners in Europe and beyond under license agreement

Slovak producer of innovative building blocks, dedicated to improving the current construction sector and standard of living for masses, is looking for a licensee from the construction sector under license agreement.

Innovative concrete building blocks designed and patented by the Slovak company established in 2019 aspire to target the construction sector and building supplies stores with innovative approach to construction technological processes and materials used. Building block can be used for sustainable construction of affordable housing units due to its low-cost profile. At the same time it can be adopted also in more complex structures. Decorative concrete of this product emits modern, minimalistic and luxurious vibes for reasonable price. The company is looking for partners who see the potential in affordable housing and who are willing to purchase technological license for production of building blocks or seek to expand their building supplies portfolio with innovative building block. At the moment, the company is looking at international cooperation with the view to sell its patent to a potential partner – licensee, who will obtain full patent rights applicable in a particular country for the production of patented building blocks. Besides patent rights, a licensee will be fully provided with assembly line design, material specifications, and quality documentation (quality certificates). Company’s preliminary market analysis concludes that the company’s prime target locations are countries either affected by decelerated economic growth and/or inaccessible affordable housing sector and/or demand for new economy housing projects. Therefore, the company is especially interested in cooperation with partners from countries such as Austria, Italy, Spain, Israel and Greece. Companies from other countries are also welcomed to cooperate.
